3.Enter the required details as per the mode of payment selected. E.g., card details if chose to pay through debit/credit card.
4.An OTP (one-time-password) will be generated to confirm the payment. Enter the number to confirm the transaction.
5.A successful payment message will display on your screen after the payment is made.

Can I use store credits to pay on SD Gems?

Yes, you can use store credits to make payments on our website. To use, choose store credits at the time of payment. The remaining balance will be shown in your account. If the credits are less than the amount you need to pay, you can pay the remaining amount through your bank account or credit/debit card, etc.

Is it safe to save my card or bank details on SD Gems?

To return an item, follow these steps

If you are not happy with the item, you can send back the package to us through courier within the specified return-period. To make a return, exchange or replacement request, please follow the steps provided below.

1.Contact our customer support to get a return or replacement authorization.
2.Pack the gemstone in the original box with the invoice and all documents included in the package at the time of delivery. Make sure to check all the conditions to be eligible to make a successful return.
3.We don’t offer a pickup facility, so you need to self-ship the package through courier at the given address –

Note: Customers must acknowledge that returning items is at their own risk. We would not be liable to any theft, loss, or damage happened to the package during the returning process. If that happens, customers must reach to the courier company for the required help or assistance.

Note: Gemstones studded into jewelry are not eligible to be returned or exchanged, hence, are not covered in this return policy.

Conditions to be eligible for return, exchange, or replacement

To become eligible for returning and exchanging items, please note the following conditions:
1.The item should be unused and in its original condition.
2.The item and the packaging must not be damaged.
3.The item must retain its original condition, i.e., no signs of manhandling.
4.The item must retain its original packaging.
5.The complete package must be returned including certificates, the original bill, discount coupons, tags, and any sort of documents delivered with the item.

Important notes

1.Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are nonrefundable.
2.Gemstones studded in jewelry are nonrefundable.
3.Return or replacement cost will be borne by the customer.
4.Returns might take 7-10 business days to process. We will notify you if the return or replacement request is accepted or rejected in the same duration.
5.Your bank account might take another 5-10 days for the return amount to be reflected in your bank account.

Can I get store credits instead of the refund in the bank account?
Yes, you can opt for store credits instead of getting a refund in your bank account. You can use the store credits, equal to the amount of refund, for making future purchases on our websites.

Can I return a gemstone studded in jewelry?
No, you cannot return a gemstone studded in jewelry. You can only return a loose gemstone to us.

I lost the lab certificate and the box packaging, can I still return the item?
We usually require the complete package including all the certificates, discount coupons, etc. that were included in the package at the time of delivery. If any of the items are lost or damaged, the item will not be eligible to be returned or replaced. However, you can contact our customer support for further assistance.
